Fibs offers the visitor some of the best cuisine to be had in Dullstroom in a relaxed environment. Previously trading as Bryan's Plate, owners Rupert and Susan Fage have given the restaurant a face-lift and changed the name to "fibs" - a tongue-in-cheek acknowledgement of the habits of fishermen that frequent this top fly-fishing destination.

Bryans Plate

The name has changed, but the warm atmosphere with blazing pizza oven remain the same. As the proprietor and chef, Rupert, who is passionate about food and wine, ensures that both are of an excellent standard.

The menu is eclectic and ever-changing. Local trout is always available in varying and interesting forms, with the rest of the dishes adding a more European feel.
